On Tuesday, September 6, we debuted Share, Where?, one of CUP's Urban Investigations. An intrepid group of Bronx public high school students in the College Now program at Hostos Community College teamed up with CUP to find out how NYC decides where to put the burdensome, smelly, and dangerous facilities that make the city run - but nobody wants in their backyards.
