Carly Ayres is a writer and designer using words to engage people in new and interesting ways. Currently, she does that at Google as part of the UX Community & Culture team telling stories about the people, product, and practice of UX at Google (design.google). She’s the founder of 100sUnder100, a community of hundreds of creative people under a hundred years of age which manifests in the form of a Slack group (run, in part, by a wonderful group of admins), as well as various events and happenings. Carly was named by FastCompany as one of the 100 Most Creative People in Business and has written on design for Communication Arts, Wallpaper*, and Core77.

Wael Morcos is a graphic designer and type designer from Beirut, Lebanon. Upon receiving his BA in Graphic Design from Notre Dame University (Lebanon), he spent three years developing identities and Arabic-Latin bilingual typefaces, in addition to working in print and exhibition design. Wael received his MFA from RISD in 2013, after which he moved to New York and worked with several studios in the city before founding Morcos Key. Wael has been featured in Print Magazine’s 15 under 30, was named a Young Gun by the Art Directors Club and an Ascender by the Type Directors Club.

Elijah Bobo is a graphic designer and artist from Flint, MI. He began his professional career by moving from Michigan to Brooklyn to work with the Center for Urban Pedagogy as their 2019 CUP Fellow for Change in Design. Currently, he works at the Brooklyn Museum as their newest Assistant Graphic Designer. He likes to create work that lives in a tangible context and creates a dialogue around design’s barrier to access. He also likes to eat apples and watch the clouds go by. He holds a BFA of Fine Arts from Eastern Michigan University.
