Last fall, CUP collaborated with students from Life Sciences Secondary School and Teaching Artist Stephen Kwok to investigate the MTA’s recent crackdown on fare evasion and its impact on low-income communities of color.

Students installed public artwork, surveyed community members, and interviewed key stakeholders working on the issue. The crew gathered what they learned and created Swipe Out — a foldout poster that breaks down the issue.

Join us at Poster House museum on Thursday, March 12th for the debut presentation of Swipe Out!

Thursday, March 12th, 5pm
Poster House
119 W. 23rd Street, Manhattan

Everyone who attends will receive a FREE copy of Swipe Out!
Space is limited to please email RSVP@welcometocup.org to reserve your spot!
