As New York City keeps growing, so does the need for affordable apartments. Many people are currently living in basement apartments, an important source of affordable housing for low-income residents and recent immigrants. CUP worked with students from College Now at Hostos to investigate these apartments and create a choose-your-own adventure comic book asking “I Live in a Basement Apartment, Now What?”.
