Every nonprofit has a board. But what are they even for? Ideally, the board helps guide and support the organization to achieve its mission and navigate challenges. We’re lucky to have a board that does that and more.
Meet our co-chairs! Sabrina Hall and Ariel Fausto bring different backgrounds and perspectives to the CUP board, but both are committed to the power of design to make positive change.
Just before Covid struck, our board chair let us know he planned to step down soon. Two months later, we were in full quarantine mode, and he very generously agreed to stay on longer to help us navigate the pandemic and put our new leadership structure in place.
